SBW3 Trivia

The majority of SBW3, maybe 3/5, was written soon after I completed the first draft of SBW1/2 in 2004. As usual, the idea popped into my head and I continued writing. Then I ran out of steam and it sat until 2010. I spent many hours, while on trips for work, thinking about the ending. While lounging around in Antigua, enjoying the sun just after Christmas, I figured out how to end it.
